The Scientific Committee invites abstracts for Award Papers, Free papers & Posters for
consideration, and inclusion into the Scientific Programme.
All abstracts should be written, submitted and presented in English only.
The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author.
Submission of more than one abstract by the same first author is not permitted.
Please note however, that invited speakers may submit abstracts for consideration for
platform/poster sessions.
No communications through post is entertained.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 15th January 2025
Review papers will not be accepted.
The abstract in brief which should include aim, materials and methods, results with
statistical analysis, conclusion and clinical significance for research papers.
Introduction, case presentation, discussion and conclusion for case reports. Photos, tables
and graphs are not necessary.
The paper submitted should not be more than 350 words and must be in comprehensible English
typed in Microsoft word compatibility mode,
times new roman font, size 12.
The time allotted for presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes discussion. (Time limit will
be strictly followed).
Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.
Members of the Scientific committee will review all abstract submissions.
Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstracts acceptance or
rejection.
All abstracts will be published in Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
